Is your Xbox360 DVD drive broken? We exchange it for a brand new Hitachi drive. It doesn't matter which drive has been in your Xbox360 initially. The only thing we need is the original drive key or the original firmware which can be supplied by email or on cd. If your firmware hasn't been damaged by a bad flash, then we can extract the key out of your drive by ourself.
