(The XCM Case for the Xbox360 is a full replacement case that comes in the well known high quality that the three letters XCM stand for.
Thanks to the included opening tool the installation is pretty easy. Just open the original case using the opening tool and take out a few screws to divide the case from the console. Install the XCM Case to the XBox360 vice versa and your pimped Xbox360 is ready to impress.
Caution: MS's waranty is down the drain when opening the Xbox360.
