1. Misc:
We use the major shipping companies like DHL, Fedex and UPS. As a standard we use UPS for shipping into not german countries. If you chose another service you can see the shippingcharges in the orderform.
2. Delivery Times:
Your order will immediately or at latest the at next day be worked on. We try to do the delivery as fast as possible after receipt of your order. In most cases and on availabiluty of your desired products this is same or next day!
3. Shipping Charges:
As the standard shipping method we use the UPS Standard service. we only charge 15 Euros for this service into all EU countries. For all other countries and services you can see the shippingcharges in the orderform.
